panel view plus 600 firmware corrupted

Hi,
I have a panelview plus 600 showing firmware corrupted. The original version is 5.00.01. I downloaded 5.00.09 but not able to download it. It is showing the application is running and RAM low. I know I should delete the application and change "auto start" off. But I cann't get to the configuration mode to change the setting. There is not "white box" in lower left corner at startup and I cann't get to the configure mode in application running screen either. Is there anyway I can down load the firmware?
