CitectSCADA Clustering

Hi,
I am a newbie as far as CitectSCADA is concerned. I am trying to imlement the following configuration,

Cluster 1
IOSERVER <-- Data Acquisition Server. Gathers Data from IODEV
IODEV<-- Field Device . Modbus Based

Cluster 2
IOSERVER <-- Data Acquisition Server. Gathers Data from Cluster 1 Ioserver
Client <-- Shows DATA from Cluster 1.

I am having a difficult time with the CitectSCADA manuals which I have a feeling are highly Inadequate.
Can somebody please give me a walkthrough.
