Beckhoff FC2001 card failure

Hi all,

Good day!

I have just replaced our beckhoff FC2001 card with a new one
but when starting Twincat ver 2.7 an error pops up :
" Device 1(FC2001) software-reset failed please disconnect the power from the pc to perform a hardware reset"

I have used system manager and save the current location of the FC2001 card into the registry but same error arises when rebooting the pc.

Your help is greatly appreciated
