Modicon - Concept??

Hi, I am new to Concept, and I am trying to connect up to
a Modicon Quantum processor using Mod Bus+

Everything appears to be good, it sees the processor, but
when I try to connect, it says program not equal.
I spoke to the individual who was in this job before myself,
and he informed me that everything should have been the same
in the saved file and the processor, just open the file and connect.

What am I missing??

If its not equal then transfer the program from the plc to pc

I did try to upload, but something else wasn't right, can't recall right off the top of my head...
