I sold a 4100-234-RL controller to a customer.They tried to download a program & they emailed me.
"I would like to return or exchange this item, Our electronic tech found the following: Constant encoder loss alarm - axis 2, He believes the Firmware revision 3.0 but the box or tag show 3.9, we need a revision closer to 3.9.'
I do not understand what they are saying.
I will pppreciate any comments, recommendations.
