Communication between HMI and MELSEC FX-48MT

I have a labelling machine that have not communication between HMI and MELSEC FX-48MT, but PLC is running.

I already checked HMI and cable but is ok.

What can be this problem?

The plc is a very old model and so I will presume the HMI is also an old model.
What is the make of the HMI and how do you know it is not communicating?

We have other HMI. We test with old PLC but unsuccessful.

The HMI is PARKER - the PLC communication between HMI is RS422 mode
