First post!

I'm learning about PLC's and I'm wondering if there is a way
to have a variable resistance output?

This would be to vary the speed of a DC drive that only has
a pot and no analog input to control the speed of the drive.

Thanks

I wondered if there was a solid state way to do it with
analog out or 4-20ma....but guess not?

Any idea what the ballpark cost on those motorized pots is?
