Rsview Datalogging / Reporting

I just want to monitor 4 machine(conveyor) working time. the number of break down. no. of hours of working time and breakdown time as per each shift. I am actually looking for a nice reporting software. which will take data from my rsview datalog file (excel file) and present a nice report.

so that we can inform our machine operator about his work.

I have 4 conveyors.

If a conveyor is stoped we assume it as breakdown. depending upon the time it is off. we know whether it was off during tea time or lunch time(which is normal)

if it is switched off at other time and there is no breakdown report for that time in our maintenace department then we know that operator has switched it off himself.

I used ML1000. brought 4 inputs from 4 conveyor motor contactor.

configured RSview setup Datalog. to trigger data on event.

i got all the data in an excel spreadsheet DBF format.

now i have to read each row/column to know on and off time.

is there a software which will report to me from the datalog files about the number of working time. breakdown time.

on time interms of from this time to this time and the same for off time. etc.

which will be very easy for our production guys and anyone.

instead of reading excel spread sheet . i just want a nice reporting software.
