I've just logged into it and it has worked...
I knew of log in issues in the roboter-forum (german version) but none with robot-forum...
Try it again.
Who knows if your explorer is giving you problems, try to register from a virtual machine and from another software (chrome, firefox, ...).
Anyway, I'm using IE11 (and it works for me).
