Need recovery from Wonderware Intouch window maker starting error

hello... I can work in wonderware intouch window maker easily. But when i switch to Runtime(windowviewer) page, it doesnot open... or may error will come "could not start windowviewer" rarely. Please help me out friends..... My all work is pending for this error....please reply me as soon as possible... thanks in advance....

Try closing windows maker and open windows viewer only...or else check runtime licence.

thank u fr ur reply. I tried a lot like that also... but no response.... if virus of systems will affect this process.... ?????only one project only doing like this.. others working properly...i don know the reason...

Just guessing.
Try;
..temporarily disabe antivirus software.
..insert WW Intouch CD and look for a "REPAIR" option.
..search for and delete a file named appedit.lok within the application directory files.
(although this files presense usually will not let you start windowMaker).
..start windowmaker/windowviewer from an administrative account.
..does this computer meet minimum system requirements for WW version?
