I need help about LS plc

hi friends

now in the workplace (factory) we have problems with PLC of LS (one of them) .
after creating the password in PLC , we forgot the password and we cannot connect to the PLC anyway.

we want to know that can we delete the password ?

otherwise , can we reset factory the plc (all parameters and data)?
(we have all of program information (backup))
