Way Off Topic - Drawing Symbol

Thanks for the reply. No, there is no Note H. It makes sense although there is no insulation at this time on it. Except where it is in reach of people.

From P&ID's I've seen before, it looks most like the common lagged pipe symbol.
It can vary from software to software somewhat. The H should represent either the medium flowing through the pipe, such as a chemical, or else it might represent the service, such as Heating. The 1" should denote the pipe diameter.

Attatched are a couple of examples of symbols that are similar.
