Dear,

i need to include H2S gas monitor in a sewage pit, what do u recommend the gas sensor technology best to be used?
Electro-chemical? catalytic oxidation? semiconductor?

I have used Detcon 700 series sensors in the past for H2S monitoring in the Crude Oil Industry.

Check with manufactures such as Drager, Crowcon, ATi etc

For personnel protections we use general monitors. They're pretty much bullet proof as long as they don't end up under water. The sensors do have to be replaced every now and then.
