vijeo twido time synchronization

I have to write a script to synchronize time on twido plc once every day.
I want to send M bit from vijeo to plc every day at 01:00 AM. In plc there will be trigger to that bit that sets time on 01:00 AM. Does anyone have a clue how to do it?
