Help Identifying Phoenix Contact

Hey guys. I've got a picture of some kind of converter made by Phoenix Contact. I was hoping any of y'all could tell me the model number, or at least what it does so I can track one down.

See the attached picture, it's circled in red.

I've been sifting through their website but havn't found anything yet.
