Problem Communicating CP-5511 in Windows 2000

Hello,

I tried communicating my PLC S7-300 with CP-5511 card in my laptop using Windows 98. I was successful. But with the same card I am unable to communicate Using windows 2000 in the same laptop. I tried all setting changes including IRQ's still I am unable to communicate. But the same card works in windows 2000 in a different laptop. The problem is really confussing. Kindly guide me to get thru the problem.

Goto Siemens FAQs and MANUALs and search for "Entry ID 12259435" in particular and "CP5511" in general.
In 12259435 there is a section for Win2000.
