How to 193-DNENCATR interfacing to E3 Plus

Dear sir, i am trying to use web browser to config the 193-DNENCATR Ethernet/DeviceNet interfacing to E3 (EC3) Allen Bradley electronic overload relay, if i to confirm "config" button i got error "An error occurred while Auto Configuring the Scan List" and if i to confirm "save" button "Could not save data because there is an active class 1 connection"

Does anybody know how to solve it????!!!!

Does anybody know how to solve it????!!!!


I got the same error and it was caused because I was trying to configure the module while it was already connected to the PLC. That is, one Ehternet/IP port was connected to the PLC and the other one was connected to my laptop. Can't use both at the same time to configure.



As soon as I removed the PLC cable and left only my laptop connected, the message "Could not save data because there is an active class 1 connection" haven't showed up anymore.
