Create a Periodic Event in RSView32

Hi everyone,

I'm Lelis and i have to make an event run every like 5-10 minutes.
The action is: AppStart "C:\Folhas de Marcha\Fonte - Folha de Marcha\Controle.exe"

It opens an file(.exe) that verifys if a certain workbook is open or not.
I have to make sure that certain workbook is open for the software to write on it.
If anyone knows how to create the expression on the event or another method that it can work it will be welcome.
