Siemens CPU315-2 PN/DP Edit Ethernet Node

Hi,

I need to make a change in the Hardware Configuration of a Siemens
CPU315-2 2PN/DP.
But I'm not able to download the modified configuration to the CPU and not able to find the CPU (Edit Ethernet Node,browse).
Although I am able to go online,upload and download program blocks.

May be someone can help.Thanks.

Check Object Properties for your Project
In "General" Tab you have Field "USE"
If you have there PCS7 then you cant download HW. You have to switch to Step 7
