Omron C200H-IP007 Not Problem

Dear Omron PLC Experts,
We just bought a new C200H-IP007.
We want to connect it to Omron C200H, CPU01 PLC.
But when I connect it to PLC no indication LED shown.
No light is showing like Run, Erro, Communication.

So, what may the possible reasons? Is there any possibility that C200H-IP007 is out of order.

Or is it the reason for PLC problem?
