Cant' connect to omron C200H CPU01

I have a sysmac omron plc C200H CPU01,only the power led is ON,using CX-ONE programmer software, and connecting to the plc via Host link LK202-V1 with RS422 Port, I'm using an USB to RS232 and an RS232 to RS422 converter, the wiring setup is according to the Omron manual.
When I try direct on line, I get fail error to connect.
Do you have any recommendations?

Not all USB to RS232 converters will work.
I would suggest you get a USB to RS422 converter.
