MVI69 MCM - problem in communication

Hello my friends,

I'm having problems with the MVI69 MCM module. Whenever I connect the communication cable to the computer and the MVI69 configuration port, the module off instantly.
 
I would check the power supply you have for the PLC. This card uses allot of power off of the bus.
