Help me out to select between Messung and Delta Plc

Like to use Plc for Die casting machine

Use for sequential functions starting/stopping solenoid
along with Proportional valves

require 45 Digital inputs
and 25 Output
with 2 channel analog output module

I am learning LD and comfortable with Codesys and WPLSoft

I would go with what ever unit you can get the most support with. If you have a local distributor that has parts in stock and knowledgeable people that is where I would put my money.

Personally I prefer the older AutomationDirect PLC. These plcs may not be available in your country but they are made in Japan by Koyo. The D305 family with the D3-350 CPU plus some relay output modules to switch the solenoids should be suitable. I would put a slightly higher voltage rated zener diode across the contacts to protect them.

There are digital input modules available either DC or AC. Since you didn't say which you needed, just browse the site for which one you need.

This is great advice. Ultimately ask the client if they have preference, if they have an inferior device yet it is used everywhere else and they know how it works, use that. If they don't have any existing devices use something you are familiar with already and can get parts and support for easily.

Does the client have support contracts with any existing suppliers? See what they have available.
