priinting screen snapshot

Hiiii Everyone,
i am tried to print the screen snapshot in Schneider XBTGT 7310 HMI .i used Vijeo designer software.but print is not done successfully,so guide me how to configure in programmed and in printer also.this problem is new for me....simultaneously i used another dot matrix printer for serial printing for real time parameter.so it is possible that i used both printer together.
