Opening file created with studio500 on RSLogix5000

hi, how can i open a file created with studio5000 on RSlogix5000 19.01

1) Upgrade your logix version
2) Find someone to take the program, save it as L5K, and convert it down to 19.

If your Logix5000 version 19 is licensed, you can download and install whichever version of Studio5000 you need to support the program you are trying to open. Your existing "activation" should be valid for Studio5000

Basically, RSLogix5000 and Studio5000 are the same animal, although there are some subtle differences such as the name, and the default application storage locations.

I'm sure you are aware that you need to install all software versions to support your hardware...

You could post it here and someone might save it has a .5lk and then send it back to you .
If you open the file you will see where the version is, change this and them import it to you version

Right click on your ACD file and select "Open With"
Click on Notepad and select "Open"

At the top you will see the version history
Last line in this section will tell the revision that you must have to open it.
Install it and you can edit the file
