Hi

I have always been using ME Edition but for this particular site I am using SE for the first time.

The client require a stand alone version (local) and a distributed version.

I have developed a stand alone version and that is working fine. Now I am having trouble converting it to a distributed version. Essentially I need to setup a client that is running distributed version and an HMI server on the client's server computer.

Any help or pointers will be welcomed!!

If you are using SE distributed, why bother with SE Station, which it sounds like you are?

Anyway, Open you "Local" application, export all of the tags to CSV.
Open the "Distributed" application, create an application, then import the CSV tag file.

Copy everything from the local application GFX folder to the Distributed GFX folder. In Studio for the "Distributed" application, right click on the displays icon, and add each graphic into the application. Do this with everything you need, macros, events, whatever.

Good luck, SE is the bottom of the barrel by a long way for HMI systems.
