FTV 6.10 SE. User log in

I am looking to set up user passwords and user log in info on a program that I am designing.
The software that I am using is FTV 6.10 SE.
The users that I am interested in adding are different operators and also to track who was logged on during a certain change.
Please let me know if you know how to make this happen.
