FTV HMI NOT SHOWING COMPONENTS IN A CLIENT

Hello everyone,

I am working in a platform and we installed FTV CLIENT SE V 12 IN ALL THE CLIENTS COMPUTERS, we have 6 clients and only 1 is not showing alarms summary and the trends. I think I might be missing an installation file, this client has communication with the server, is just this HMI objects does not show up. I have check the object and there is no animation that can hide it.

Anyone has any idea what could be?
I have attached pictures of the clients , the one you can see the whole HMI components and the one where we have those components missing.
