1734-AENT Module Status solid red

Kindly, we have the following module with its Module Status led solid red.
What can we do to solve this?
" POINT I/O EtherNet/IP Adapter Module , 1734-AENT , Rockwell , series A revision 2 "

In the manuals it is mentioned the following probable cause.
If we download its firmware again will it help?
" Firmware fatal error present. [Unrecoverable fault has occurred: Self-test failure present (checksum failure, or RAMtest failure at cycle power).] "

You can try, it’s already broke. Can’t break it anymore.

As already stated, the module is "broken", as indicated bu the solid red module status LED....

Replace it and don't waste any more time.
