AB Micro830 flow totalizer

Dear All,
I am using AB Micro830. I want to calculate Flow Totalizer. The flow is in m3/hr from flow meter.
I am using STI for it. But its saying to use UID and UIE before scaled value of analog input. I am not sure how to do it.
Please help.
