GE IC693CMM311 Manual or Modbus map

I have a 90-30 system with a ic693cmm311. Documentation is sparse, and based on a lot of googling, it looks like this card may have been used to communicate with a quickpanel. I still am not sure of this though. Client is not using the quickpanel anymore, it's sitting unplugged. The cmm311 is configured as rtu only - does this offer any hints as to the function of the cmm311 for this application?

I'm looking for documentation for the cmm311 that would tell me about what registers correspond to the modbus registers if the cmm311 allows the 90-30 to be a modbus slave.

The CMM311 is a serial communications module. It must reside in the same rack as the CPU module. It is not compatible with the CPU311, CPU313, 0r CPU323.

Modbus 400000 = %R0001
Modbus 300000 = %AI001
Modbus 100000 = %I0001
Modbus 000000 - %Q0001

Fairly certain we're allowed to share these and they're legacy at this point, someone please update me if not so, but here is the Serial Communications manual for the 90-30 Series PLCs. In it, you will find everything there is to know on the CMM311 module.
