If you get the GSD file from Schneider, then you can import the drive into Portal. That allows you to add it in Portal, assign it to IO addresses in the PLC, etc.
However, you'd also need documentation on the telegrams, ie what each of the bits and bytes mean. There may be FB's developed to help you with that, but you may also have to sort it yourself, based on the drive manual.
I am not familiar with this VFD, but generally speaking you would be sending two words to the drive. One control word (start/stop, direction etc) and one speed.
This is assuming you set up the drive correctly.
