lader logic for 3 XOR input

xor for n-inputs is true when an odd number of inputs are true.
Strictly speaking, the output of an exclusive OR is true when one and only one inputs are true, hence the 'exclusive' in the functional description. This is, and has long been, a matter of discussion between automation professionals.
