Transfer PLC program to end-user

Now that CD’s are going obsolete I am not sure what I am going to do going forward
Does anybody know of a one write only flash drive

software option where it lets you lock their branded USB sticks down. lots of protection features, might be overkill for what you want.

Buy a usb drive with a physical write protect switch, and then glue it in place
