Good morning everyone.

I was hoping someone will be able to help me on this one. I have a customer that has a Toshiba Tactile 20 Operator Interface which is connected to a Toshiba T1-28 PLC. The customer is planning on doing some major maintenace to thier system which will require the PLC to be powered down.

We have sourced a copy of the PLC Programming Software and a PLC Comms cable to allow us to backup the PLC Code. However we cant find any information on the HMI.

Does anyone know if the HMI is programmed via the PLC, in a similar way to some Siemens HMI's? Or is there a stand alone software package to do this? Is so does anyone know what this software is called?

Thanks for all the help.

Cheers

So far, the Toshiba drives seem to be the best out there. I wish their software was a little better though.
