Hello I want to set up a communication through GSM or LTE from a PowerFlex drive and other instruments (flowmeter, level meter, etc.) to PC 100 miles away.

Here is what I had in mind:
1-LOGO CMR2020 (cell com to android or PC)
2-LOGO CSM 12/24 (to com with PowerFlex)
3-LOGO 12/24RCEO (for flowmeter, etc.)

Does this make any sense??

It is for a pumping station without electricity (generator for the pump) with battery bank and solar panels for controls.
