DCS Instruction fault with Keyence SZ-V32NX area scanner

Hello PLCS.net!

I'm getting faults 16384/86/87 in my DCS Instruction in 5069-L310ERMS2 module. https://imgur.com/xABhfh1

I've tried changing a lot of different settings, but to no avail.
Has anyone had experience with this?

OK, so finally figured out this part.

The problem was with using the DCS Instruction. DCS Instruction is only for use with non-OSSD redundant inputs.

If OSSDs are involved, we must use either a hardware filter for the self-test pulse, or use a software filter.
In order to use a software filter, we can use the LC Light curtain instruction. I started using the LC Instruction, it works fine. Glad a fix was found.
