I'm converting a Siemens S7-224 PLC application over to CompactLogix. In the Siemens program, 2 HSC inputs were used, so I am setting up four counters on my IB16F input module to mimic the Siemens function. It all seems pretty straight forward, but I do not see a controller tag to assign the preset value to the counter. What am I missing? The counters will be used to measure flow from a pulsed input.

I think you may only be able to reset to zero. The manual states that it only counts up too, so the preset shouldn't be a strict necessity, should it?
