1394c Servo controller using GML Commander

I have a 1394c-SJT05-C-RL Servo controller.
The unit powers up.
I cannot communicate using GML Commander.
The light is blinking red on/off.
Any ideas/suggestions what the problem is?
 
I am looking for a 1394C Servo controller & GML commander programmer/troubleshooter/repairman.
