512 kb mmc problem

dear sir ,

i formatted the 512kb s7mmc ,and i want to recover it
1-could you pls send me the "512kb.s7img" of the mmc.
i had downloaded it from the site but it does not work with the software "s7img.wr" as its extension was "512.img"

2-is an image of 64kb mmc compatible with 512kb mmc?
