6186-M17ALTR Versaview 1700 Touchscreen blankout

I have a 6186-M17ALTR allen bradley versaview . The touch screen is blankout and no displays and no back light anything. But the status LED is green.
Also I have found there is Back light enable and the 12 V supply is going to the PCB.

Does anyone know of something else i can try before buying a new unit?

That one has a fluorescent backlight, no? Typically, the inverter driver board fails, or the bulbs fail. You could change them.

Correct

Most likely the backlight bulb or inverter board is blown.
We fix these all the time.
If the inverter is gone a lot of the time the bulb is getting
black at the ends and will cause the inverter failure.
