I searched for datasheet "manual" for this module : 6ES5 250 1AA11 ,, and I didn't find anything...

Where can I find pdf for this module?

That module is 30 or more years old...you'll be lucky to find it on the 'net..your best bet is to contact Siemens Tech Support and they may have an old paper copy of the manual they can scan for you.

I think it is hopeless.
Siemens Support have scanned a lot of the old S5 manuals to PDF already. If you cannot find anything on Siemens Support already, then it is unlikely there is anything on paper somewhere. I tried to search on Siemens Support in the previous thread and found a manual for the CPU, but no manual for the video display module.

You can try of course, but the chance is very small.
