AB 1400 micro on a Siemens TP177b HMI

I had a customer that wants to read is AB micrologix data on a Siemens screen but we didn't succeed to make it works

Wincc flex 2008 with that terminal make availaible the AB df1 or 485 driver
The TP177b itself as only a 485/422 port
The micrologix can be either configured for DF1 or 485

but none of these configuration seems to work...Do someone have any idea or a clue to make it works ?

We did make works a TP170a with RS232 connection the same way on a Compactlogix few months ago...but TP170 are phase out now for tp177....

It works

TP 177 B can easily connect with Micrologix 1400 using channel 0 Port 8 Pin DIN on RS 485 configuration.You should have wincc flexible 2008.

we added a 6AV6 671 8XE00 0AX0 rs422 485 cverter and it works very well

just the data and time format for access pointer became a headache but finally solved by individually isolated each part of the tima and date in separate words
