Hi,

Are you running Linx on your host PC or on a VM? Have had issues before where I've had to restore network settings for that particular VM to default to get Linx to refresh and then see devices using the ETH-IP driver.

The other thing to check is your firewall. You may have to create a rule, or just temporarily disable it to eliminate it.

Running Linx on my Toughbook- firewall not an issue; VM not an issue. The issue seems to be the difference between "AB_ETH" versus "AB_ETHIP" drivers. I'm waiting for an explanation on that one. The EDS takes care of the Question Mark instead of the correct Icon... but in my case, there was not even a question mark until I set up the AB_ETH driver ... weird...
