I have Beckhoff panel pc connect with the terminal. The panel PC is running twincat 3, after update to twincat3 v3.1.4024.12, it come out an error

Term 4(EL4004) abnormal state change (from 'OP' to 'SAFEOP') with code 0x1b, 'Sync manager watchdog'. Try go back to 'OP'...

What the causes? I try change new EL4004 but it's still the same.
