The software is not free you will need to contact your local Rockwell Automation distributer and buy it from them.
You need RSLogix 500.

Looks like it hasn't quite doubled in price since the last time I bought a copy for a customer. I recall giving around $2500 a couple of years ago, but now that the hardware is all end of life ... you know what that mean$

I paid $3,500 for the standard RSL500 in about 2016, and $4,500 for RSL5
