How do you save your logic to .pdf format?

You can use these see links. They create a virtual printer.
So create report in Rslogix then print to one of these programs
I use cutePDF ( ther both free)

Another alternative is to hit CTL+P while in the routine you want to "print" then just select your PDF printer....
This will make the file a lot smaller.
