AOP file download for 5069-OB16 V3.001

AOP file download for 5069-OB16 V3.001, and,
AOP file download for 5094-IB16 V2.001

on a client program workstation they show the yellow question marks saying the Add-on Profile not installed. But when I log into Rockwell download center I am unable to locate the exact file to download, the only similar one is
AOP for 5094 Digital safety R1 v1.02.39.

Could Anyone tell me the file to download? My studio 5000 is V32.02.00.
