AVEVA Plant Scada not "in use" in Liscense Activation Manager

Hello guys, I would need some help. I have installed the aveva plant scada and want to run a project. From the configurator, all are fine, as I have tested the connection, but there is still some problems with the license as it is not detected. The system service also stopped. Please have a look at the images. I hope someone can troubleshoot my issue as I have deadline to catch up.. Thanks in advance
