Beckhoff cx9020 novram device missing

At our company we are using Beckhoff a lot of cx9010 en cx9020.
On one of the cx9020, after the scan devices is done in the system manager, there is no novram device, the other I/O devices are shown under the EK1200 terminal.
I've already installed the latest image on the sd card, and the cx is running fine, except for the missing novram.

Any ideas?

That's correct, but where is the joy in finding a solution when you call the helpdesk?
